The three-story building is located in the village Veškovce and built on a site measuring 22 acres. In 2003 the roof was reconstructed. On the ground floor there is a boiler room, kitchen, dining room and pantry. On the first floor are offices, a kitchen and a small conference room. On the second floor rooms and a large conference room. Each room has a sink with hot and cold water. On each floor there is a toilet. At the site water supply and sewerage.
