Two-storey house on the Adriatic coast in a picturesque place next to the church in 5 minutes from a comfortable beach. The road to the beach goes along the cypress alley with magnificent views.
Each floor of the house has a separate entrance, a bathroom with a shower, a modern equipped kitchen, air conditioning. On the first floor there is a living room and a bedroom, on the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and a dining room (you can rent out).
Fenced parking for two cars, satellite dish. In the yard grow grapes, kiwi, orange, mandarin and lemon.
