About the project
We present to your attention a residential building under construction at 192 Arshakunyats Street.
The building consists of 14 residential and 4 underground parking floors. The 1st floor has a public purpose. Each floor has 6 apartments with an open balcony. Ceiling height 3.10 m, floor leveling layer 25 cm for sound and heat insulation. The apartments will be delivered in a plastered state and with high-quality electrical wiring. The front door is metal, soundproofed with wooden panels, aluminum windows. The building will have individual heating, high quality Grundfos pumps and Edinburgh elevators.
