The flooring outside is of technological wood by Visendum, which contrasts with the intense blue tiles of the infinity pool that appears to be a sheet of water that merges with the sea; the glass railing finishes off the terrace and allows you to enjoy all details of the landscape.
The right wing of the house has 3 bedrooms all with private terraces accessed through glass doors that illuminate all the rooms and fill them with the presence of the Mediterranean Sea; the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and dressing room area; a second bathroom for use of the additional two bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a garage and a laundry room complete the first floor.
