We offer a limited number of such investment packages, where the total investment will amount to 3 apartments on 180 000 Euro each = 540 000 Euro + taxes and spending.
Peak season in a niche of the market long enough, starting from mid-may to mid-October. The average pay for rent per year is EUR 750 per week for 2-3 people. Guided 68% of world statistics of hotel occupancy rates, return on investment will be:
the occupancy rate at 40 weeks - 16.7% of
the occupancy rate at 35 weeks - 14.6%
the occupancy rate at 30 weeks - 12.5%
the occupancy in 25 weeks - 10.4%
the occupancy rate at 20 weeks - 8.3%
Considering that our offer is a certain niche in the market with the lack of removable property of this kind globally, the occupancy rate in the second year will reach 80%, and from the third year full occupancy of the apartment complex.
