Old (more 300 years) stone house has been carefully renovated in 2012 in order to preserve the priceless spirit of the age-old stories and at the same time to provide owners with everything you need in line with modern standards of comfort and hospitality. Here are three floors. You will have 3 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, couple large terraces, a cosy patio under shade wise old tree with BBQ, cable TV, Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet. Air conditioners and thick stone walls creates a pleasant coolness and save warm. The water comes into the house from natural mountain springs located around the village.
The house is situated in the village of Kuljace, in the heart of Budva Riviera at a distance of 3 km from the highway and the beach Kamenovo, 400 m above sea level. From Budva 10 km away.
