It is an original 100 year old wooden house with preserved authentic ethnographic features located in the National park Zemaitija. It is a true gem for someone who wants to experience serenity, privacy and a real feel of life in a genuine Lithuanian country farmstead surrounded by pure nature. The territory of the place measures more than 4 ha of meadows and forests around the house (no close neighbors, full privacy). There is a pond, a sauna, a summerhouse with barbeque equipment, everyting in perfect condition. There is no barn neither stable left but there is a possibility to build on that place if desired. There is electricity, ecological clear water from own well, water supply with heater for dishwashing, watercloset inside the house. The closest village Berzoras is 2 km away, accesible by simple but good quality country-road. No ATV required. 4 km away there is cleanest Lithuanian Plateliai lake with gorgeous golden sand beaches. Another lake Ilgis offering fishing opportunities is just 1,5 km away. 45 minutes drive away there is famous seaside resort Palanga with its golden sand beaches.
