A spacious 5 room apartment to which value gives such antique elements as defined ceiling cornices, a uniquely painted ceiling in the dining room, luxury chandeliers, wooden parquet flooring, twisted fabric cables, porcelain wall sockets and a sumptuous furnace. It has got specially selected, matching interior which compliments the existing details. There is also a special value in one of the rooms – the architect’s signature which is also visible on the building’s facade next to the entrance.

This house was designed by the greatest cities architect - Paul Max Bertschy. The building has richly decorated eaves, a tall plinth, metal engravings in balconies with his initials and the year of construction and a special entrance that is asymmetrical to the facade.
