In the ancient "borgo" over Collodi (Pinocchio's village), small, stone studio/house.
It consists of on the ground floor a room with bathroom and place to install a kitchen.
On the first floor (with external access) an open-room with water and w.c. (so it's
possible to have a separate bathroom).
