Spread over three floors, ground floor, noble floor and second floor, for a total of about fourteen hundred square meters. In the main facade, facing south, the geometric score of the floors is highlighted. Inside the villa an entrance with columns of considerable artistic value leads to various service rooms (kitchen, tavern, cellar), as well as an apartment entirely frescoed on the noble floor (ground). Through a large staircase in Matraia stone with a vintage cast iron railing leads to the first floor: Large living room with attached study, living room various bedrooms and bathrooms, two side terraces adorned with terracotta statues. Many of the rooms are still frescoed today. The second floor, with sloping ceilings with beams, wooden rafters and exposed terracotta bricks, normally inhabited by the servants, is being renovated. The terracotta or stone floors are original of the era as well as the doors and windows, which have been recently renovated and fitted with shutters. Of particular importance is the accentuation, both on the first floor and on the noble floor, of the alignment of the doors with the so-called "telescope" effect that highlights a "parade" of communicating rooms, also typical of the Lucca architecture of period. The interiors are furnished with antique furniture, some of particular value. An old stable and a cart shed for a total of about one hundred and eighty square meters belong to the villa.
