House in the historic center of Montenero di Bisaccia with view of the hills for sale just 10 km from the Adriatic coast. The house has three floors for a total of about 90 sq m. On the ground floor there is an entrance with a staircase that leads us to the upper floor composed of a room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a bathtub and two rooms with windows.
On the second floor (attic) we find three rooms, one with an old wood-burning oven that was used for baking bread.
All rooms have windows except the bathroom.
The house needs renovation and the water and electricity services are to be connected.
