Traditional, ancient stone house dating backe to the 1700 House is located in the center of small town on the Ionian coast of Calabria. Distance to the sea is less than 5 km. Original house was built on 4 levels has a few private entrances. Two last floors (3th and 4th) are restored. A ground and second floor needs to be restored. the facade is renewed. New Windows.
