Alba Adriatica (province of Teramo), private house 100 metres from the sea, area of 200 sq m with adjacent territory.
The house consists of two apartments and attic. One on the first floor (big openspace-hall, kitchen, 2 bedrooms by 16 square meters, bathroom with shower and window).
The second apartment (hall leading to a hall, living-room and two bedrooms, bathroom with a shower). Additional room (photo 3) is equipped with a tavern and Laundry. There is a balcony and a terrace.
The house is surrounded equipped territory, can accommodate two cars. Attic premises are not equipped.
Beach Alba Adriatica is one of the most beautiful on the coast of Abruzzo. Beautiful silvery white sandy beach with length up to 3 km long and 100 m wide. Quay Alba Adriatica is a green oasis, surrounded by palm trees, pines and oleanders. The promenade is also ideal for walking, Cycling or Jogging.
The city has a developed infrastructure, that allows to organize a lovely summer holiday for families with children. Close to a large Park Onda blu.
