Opis
A wonderful summer retreat at a clean lake in southern Savo near the town of Pieksämäki. The architectural inspiration for the villa was in 1920 century wooden villas in Terijoki Karelia.
The area of the lot is 650 m2. A small islet (51 m2) belongs to the plot.
The Villa has a sauna, dock and boat. More accommodation opportunities available in granary. Altogether Villa provides accommodation for 12-14 persons. The villa is fit for winter habitation. It has two fully furnished kitchens.
Road to Hankasalmi Golf green takes about 20 minutes and Hankasalmi ski center about 15 minutes. On the grounds there is also a full-scale tennis court.
Distance to Helsinki is about 300km and Jyväskylä to about 70km.
