The Lodge is located on the shore of clear lake Kyyvesi near the town of Mikkeli.
Description of site: a Flat area of 20 acres located at the very end of the Cape, with two sides protected the forest from the neighbors. The coastline opens out onto a Sunny South-facing sandy beach, clean. On the site preserved the natural landscape: forest plot mixed.
Private shoreline 30 m fish lake Kyyvesi, installed wooden pier.
Buildings on the property: the main house, a guest house/drofenik (15 m2), barn, pier.
Unused construction area: 120 m2

On the 1st level: fireplace room, combined with kitchen and dining area, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms, hall, terrace with lake view. Bath complex: steam room with a wood burning stove.
The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances: refrigerator and stove that runs on gas.
