The project includes new apartments and houses in the modern district of Prague 5, close to Jinonice metro station. The residence area includes a new park, children’s playground and sufficient space for walking and promenade. According to the project plan there are also premises for restaurants, shops and all other service shops for new residents. Construction is divided into several stages.
