New house in Rogoznica on a beautiful location near the sea and near the famous marina - Marina Frapa, near the promenade with restaurants and shops, with a lot of entertainment for children.
The house is located 2 min walk from the main pebble beach of Rogoznica and another wild beach is located 5 min walk through the forest on the other side.
In front of the house there is a sea wide promenade, but house is the second line (which gives this place a privacy), behind the house there is a forest and sea which gives you opportunity to enjoy sea view from the house.
The house has 6 bedrooms, located on three floors, two kitchens.
On the ground floor there is one apartment with two bedrooms, shower, living room with kitchen, terrace and separate entrance.
On the second and third floor is the second apartment with four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, shower, bath, large living room and kitchen, the apartment has a laundry room and a separate entrance.
Each floor has its own large terrace. Two floors have dining tables, where guests can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea. On the third floor there is a sleeping area with the terrace equipped with sun beds for relaxation and sunbathing.

Barbecue place is great for the large company of people with a view of the forest and nature. The plot is planted with Mediterranean plants, a variety of citrus fruits and has a system of drip irrigation.
