House with a beautiful view of the sea near Rogoznica. The House has a size of 280m2 and it's built on a plot with the size of 620m2. It consists of a basement: kitchen, pantry, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. On the ground floor are two separate apartments, one apartment is a one bedroom apartment and the other is a two bedroom apartment.
