The land is in private property (bought and divided between the inmates according to floor space). The flat has two isolated rooms: a bedroom and a kitchen+living room combo, both with closing doors. The living room has access to the sun porch (4 sq m). Both rooms have a beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom has a shower unit and a water heater. The flat has all the necessary furniture and was in very little use, so everything is new. "Solita" is conveniently situated near the main Chernomorka street, but slightly deeper in a quite place, has a big supermarket beside the exit. 500 m to the central beach entrance, 300 m to the Byala city center. The residential compound is governed by the inmates, which guarantees a moderate communal services upkeep costs.
