Rates and conditions of purchase
Pre-sale for the construction phase in the complex Golden Mile begin during the autumn exhibitions in October 2013.
• The prices for apartments in the complex varies from 850 to 1 100 Euro/sq.m. depending on the stage of construction, the type and location of the apartment, payment method, etc.
• The prices of studios - from about 29 000 Euro for one bedroom apartment - approximately 38 000 Euros.
• The sale at the stage of construction cost is payable in several installments during the period of construction.
• Real estate prices will rise as construction progresses. The lowest prices on the initial stage of construction!
• Discounts of the price for the payment plans with a large down payment and lower the final installment when the building is completed.
