A stylish residential complex in the 22nd district of Vienna.
In the II quarter of 2018 a large-scale construction of a new developmet begins.
It is planned to build 6 residential towers of different heights from 4 to 10 floors, which will be located next to the U1, U2 metro lines.
The first floors of 4 towers are reserved for commercial premises: shops, pharmacies, restaurants, gym, etc.
A spacious area below is reserved for a green residential park full of rest and relaxation.
The residential complex has 408 apartments ranging in size from 38 m2 to 94 m2 with private garden at quite comfortable prices.
